Determine the ratio in which the line 2x+y-4=0 divides the line segment joining the points A(2,-2) and B(3,7).

Let g(x)=4-2x and f the linear function passing by the two points
We have g(2)=0 and g(3)=-2
Ratio=

$$\frac{g(2)-f(2)}{f(3)-g(3)}=\frac{2}{9}$$
