Probability depends on information.
For a arbitrary bisect (366 days) year there is another problem , but for 2020 which begins on Wednesday probability is 0.In an ordinary year probability is $ \frac{1}{7} $ and in a 366 days year probability to have 53 times a certain day is $ \frac{2}{7} $
