general procedure needed?

How are these types of questions of limits stating 'something tends to infinity' solved?
Is there any defined procedure for solving it?

answer

If $ n\to \infty $ then $ x_n=\frac{1}{n}\to 0 $
Then you can use limits of function.

$$\lim_{x\to 0}\frac{\sin x }{x}=1$$

then

$$\lim_{n\to \infty}\frac{\sin\frac{1}{n}}{\frac{1}{n}}=1$$
