Doubts regarding symbols used in Sets

Is symbol $\subset$ same as symbol $\subset$ with an equal sign below it ?

Is the symbol $\subset$ same as the symbol given in SITMO (in category symbol , First row 4th symbol from right)?

There are two symbols

$\subset$

and

$\subseteq$

and they are formally different.Different people use them in different context.
You have to see what each means for the author.
